About Jenny

Jenny found Yoga on a whim and never looked back. She completed her 200-hour training in 2017 and 500-hour and 2021, with a long-time dream of creating a space for connection and growth within her community.

Her classes are grounded in presence, choice, and self-awareness. With gentle guidance and thoughtful options, she invites you to move in a way that feels right for your body, meeting you exactly where you are.

Off the mat, Jenny enjoys cooking, reading, and time on the water. She’s passionate about healing and believes in the quiet goodness of people.

Frequently Asked Questions

For more details on each type of class please visit the book a class page.

Do I need to preregister for class?
Walk-ins are currently not accepted due to limited capacity. Please preregister in advance for any class you plan to attend. Registration closes 1 hour prior to any group class.

What can I expect in my yoga class?
Expect a warm welcome, gentle breathwork, and guided movement to build strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility. Some classes offer a deeper challenge, while all end with restful stillness so you leave feeling grounded and refreshed. All levels are welcome, with props available for support.

Is there a waitlist if a class is full?
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. When a spot opens, you’ll receive a text to confirm your place and will be added once accepted. Please check the app to ensure you are in. If no class credit is available, a single class will be charged. If your plans change, decline or remove yourself so the spot can go to the next person. The cancellation policy still applies, and the waitlist closes two hours before class.

What’s your cancellation window?
To help keep our small, intimate space running smoothly, we kindly ask that you cancel at least 12 hours before group classes, and 24 hours before private sessions and events. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the session or class credit.
Need a mat?
Premium Manduka Pro Series mats are available to rent for $3- designed for comfort, stability, and performance. The rental fee helps cover sanitizing materials, and future replacement.
