About Jenny
Jenny took her first yoga class on a whim and never looked back. She completed her 200-hour training in 2017 and her 500-hour in 2021. She dreamt of opening a yoga studio in her community for years-to share her love of the practice and create a space for connection and growth.
Her classes are grounded in presence, choice, and self-awareness. She gently encourages curiosity, and thoughtful modifications to support what feels right in your body. Yoga meets you where you are-expect options, encouragement, and the freedom to move in your own way.
Off the mat, Jenny enjoys cooking, reading, and time on the water. She’s passionate about healing and believes in the quiet goodness of people.
